GROUP CLASSES
Group classes are your chacne to apply what you've learned with a variety of partners. This is done in a controlled setting to reduce the risk of injury, and students are carefully partnered by size, style, and other factors.
VIRTUAL CLASSES
Virtual classes, performed online over Zoom, is a great opportunity to train for those not in our immediate area, while on vacation, sick, etc.
